We have both been huge proponents of the power of the breath and were excited to have Jake Whan on to take a deep dive into the world of breath work and mindfulness. In our conversation with Jake, we discussed his path towards breathwork and meditation. As a high-level collegiate athlete, physical fitness and nutrition always played a key role in Jake's life, however, it wasn't until Jake found breathwork that he realized health was much more than diet and weightlifting.
