For context on this series, a huge reason why we started this show is that, we're not doctors, we're not MDs, we're not personal trainers, we're not nutritionists, we're just two guys that graduating college fell out of optimal health and put in the 10,000 hours of trial, error, and understanding what worked well and what didn't. We really feel like we found a blueprint that's helped us optimize our health and create the life that we've ultimately dreamed of. Hence, the goal of these solo episodes is to break down meaningful and important topics in health to give you as much value and impact as possible in your life.
