He’s the author of the fitness book “Fitness Confidential” - a book inspired by similar journeys and stories told by the great Anthony Bourdain. Vinnie’s not just an author and trainer though. He hosts “The Angriest Trainer” podcast and has produced three documentaries, Fat, Fat 2, and, his most recent film, Beyond Impossible. His passion for fitness and personal health is infectious and he has grown in popularity over the years in large part to his “No Grains, No Sugar” dietary approach.
